Meet Meghan

Meghan is a registered and certified 200hr yoga teacher. She’s been practicing yoga since 2006 and has been teaching since early 2011. She trained in the hatha vinyasa style and loves a creative flow. You’ll find her classes encourage you to honor your body, focus on your breath, and stay in safe alignment.
