new week - new foods

Wanna know what’s nice about me? I’m not a recipe creator or food blogger… so I’m not about to type a four page essay before getting into the recipes. I know, so cool.

What I will say though is that while these meals were quick, easy, and delicious… I was short on daily calories and that gave me a headache. So I’ve been adding extra snacks this week which I’m very ok with!

Breakfast: Protein French Toast (calories 230)

Lunch: Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps (calories 250)

protein: 25 fats: 14 carbs: 15

Dinner: Chicken Pasta (calories 280)

protein: 32 fats: 3 carbs: 30

Coffee Protein Shake - Arbonne (calories 200)

protein: 24 fats: 7 carbs: 11
